Our Story
A2Z Impact was founded by Jason & Michelle Hickman and Adrian & Christine Zullo.
Jason Hickman is a local firefighter who began installing impact windows and doors on his days off from the fire-house – more than 13 years ago. Over the last decade, Jason successfully built and grew his business solely from personal referrals. Michelle, a former teacher and pediatric speech pathologist, recently joined Jason to grow the family business. Michelle and Jason grew up in Coral Springs, have 2 girls together, and were each other’s date at the senior prom.
Adrian Zullo founded A2Z Roofing, Inc. in 2006. A well-respected South Florida roofing company with an A+ BBB rating, A2Z Roofing has extensive experience in the construction and renovation industry, and has a thorough understanding of all the “extras” – permitting, installations, supply chain management, financing, and so much more. Christine spent over a decade as a physician’s assistant before joining Adrian full-time in 2016. Christine oversees the operations and works closely with A2Z’s customers. Adrian and Christine are both St. Thomas Aquinas graduates, have 3 active boys, and grew up in South Florida as well.
Aligned in their core values of providing quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and operating with integrity, The Hickmans and Zullos co-founded A2Z Impact Windows & Doors.
